Roadkill Festival in Marlinton West Virginia

A Saturday afternoon and roadkill, a great combination. I traveled to Marlinton West Virginia for their roadkill festival. It was awesome. I was able to try some new items and it was pretty good. The cook off has to include animals that would be considered roadkill but no actual roadkill was used. The festival has not been held for a couple years. I was talking to a guy from the Buffalo New York area and he told me that they had more cook off entries in 2019. Hopefully they will get more in the future. Lots of people, merchandise and crafts were through out this town in Pocahontas County. I am already looking forward to going back. #westvirginia #pocahontas #roadkill
