Hillary Clinton all-female and non-binary produced play fails to sell tickets

Hillary Clinton-produced play ‘Suffs’ has failed to sell out tickets despite opening during peak Broadway season.

The former secretary of state’s play features an all-female and non-binary cast.

Since May 5, the Broadway box office numbers have been dismal as it fails to fill capacity, according to Fox News.

The Broadway League website posted the weekly grosses of 35 Broadway shows currently playing.

Apart from the Clinton-produced Suffs, ‘Harry Potter and The Cursed Child’ and ‘Sweeny Todd’, to name a few, were also playing.

According to Fox News, Suffs has only reached an 81 per cent capacity across eight other shows that week.

Out of all eight shows, Clinton’s play was ranked at the bottom and in the bottom 23 per cent of 35 productions for the week.
