Road to ADCC Ep. 4: Training at Gracie Barra HQ with UFC Fighters | Sparring with Cub Swanson

Here we go agaaaain ~ special episode this time around for Road To ADCC. 😊 Special guests like Cub Swanson (who we wish a huge good luck to in his fight this weekend!) / Philipe Della Monica (grappling coach to multiple UFC fighters) and others, crazy training, plenty of live, raw rolls, some spicy side notes from me lol, and the best vibes!!

I’ve been going to Gracie Barra HQ in Irvine, CA since I was a kid, but I rarely make it over there now that I live quite far. The commute was so worth it though, and I’ll be back a few times before ADCC.

Training with MMA fighters is so interesting, because it requires a very different level of speed and stickiness from my jiu jitsu. Really enjoyed the new challenge, and excited to get better with it through the next two months.
