Today I smoked a Rotisserie Pork Shoulder Butt Roast In A Weber Kettle For SLICED Pork Butt NOT Pulled Pork and it turned out amazing! Using The MeatStickX wireless temperature probe made it as easy as it can get to keep track of the internal temperature!!! Let it cool and slice as thick or thin as you like! Thin sliced literally melts in your mouth! I hope you like it!

I also show how to debone a pork shoulder butt roast AND how to truss it up (tie it). I didn't make it for pulled pork, I made it for some Sliced Pork! In order to make a pork but for sliced pork you only need to take your pork shoulder, pork butt, pork roast to an internal temperature of 170 - 175 degrees F. And one last bit of info, I used a couple chunks of Apple wood.
