Audio from 2 sources
One was remastered from an unknown gen source by Sorrowman; speed corrected by me, used for patches when a 2nd gen cut.
The other is from a 2nd gen tape provided by koondog; transferred and mastered by }{eywood, the main source for this vid.

The video is absolutely from Ride the Lightning Boxset DVD; filmed by MTV, only has 3 songs though.
I deinterlaced and upscaled with QTGMC [from 480i at 29.97i to 2160p (4K) at 59.94fps]

This is the most complete version by now; if a better source exists, you can expect a revision somewhere down the line.
