After we worked on New Love with @leyouth , we spoke to Panama about doing another song. His voice has so much stillness and beauty, and it pushed us to go to a deeper, emotional place with the music. His lyrics have a way of sticking in your subconscious even if you don’t understand the meaning right away. Even though we didn’t discuss the visual theme of this album with him, somehow this song ended up feeling like we made it in the middle of the desert. We loved working on it so much and we’re so happy it’s finally out in the world.
