लसूणी आलू पालक बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ पालकाची जुडी
• २ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• २ चमचे तेल
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• २ मध्यम आकाराचे बारीक चिरलेले कांदे
• १० लसूण पाकळ्यांचा ठेचा
• १/२ चमचा गरम मसाला
• हळद
• १/२ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/४ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा बेसन
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ चमचा कसुरी मेथी
• १ उकडलेला, सोलून चिरलेला बटाटा
• १ चमचा बटर (ऐच्छिक)
• तेल
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• १ चमचा लसणीचे काप
• सुक्या लाल मिरच्या

We already have seen aloo palak recipe. Today we will go a step further and try lasoon aloo palak. This is very easy and simple recipe that tastes fantastic. Also you will get few tips to retain the green color of the palak. The tadka of garlic takes the taste of this recipe to next level. This can be a good option for your kids to make them eat spinach or palak. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 bunch Spinach leaves
• 2 Green chilies
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 medium size finely chopped Onion
• 10 Garlic cloves paste
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Besan
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Kasuri methi
• 1 boiled, peeled, chopped Potato
• 1 tsp Butter (Optional)
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp sliced Garlic
• Dry red chilies

Method:
• Wash spinach leaves really good and dry them.
• Heat up water in a pan and when water begins to boil add spinach leaves.
• Mix the leaves well after about 2 minutes.
• When spinach is cooked well in about 5 minutes turn off the gas and transfer the leaves into
ice cold water.
• Let the leaves rest in ice cold water for about 2-3 minutes.
• Transfer the leaves into a blender jar and add green chilies.
• Blend everything well into puree. Palak puree is ready.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
• Add Onion and fry until it turns nice and soft.
• Add garlic paste and fry for about 2 minutes.
• Add garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and fry everything for
just 2 minutes.
• Move the masala along a side of the pan and add besan in the remaining space.
• Roast the besan for about 2 minutes and mix it well with all masala.
• Add spinach puree and mix well.
• Add water to adjust the consistency, salt and mix well.
• Add kasuri methi and mix well.
• Add potato and mix well.
• You can use paneer in place of potato.
• Add butter and cook for just 3-4 minutes.
• You can skip butter if you don’t want. Adding butter is optional.
• For tadka, heat up oil in a pan.
• You can use ghee in place of oil.
• Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
• Add garlic and fry until it turns nice golden.
• Add dry red chilies and mix well.
• Add this tadka on the sabzi and lasuni aloo palak is all ready.
