Scribing for patient care experience (PCE)

to get into physician assistant (PA) or medical school, you need very good grades AND medical experience. for medical school, medical experience is helpful but not usually required. for PA school, you will need a certain number of patient care experience (PCE) hours. that number varies by school. the kinds of experiences that are allowed also vary by school. working as a medical scribe is one of the most popular ways to get PCE, but not all schools accept scribing hours. in this video, I explain this in detail.
