"21st Century Viking Stories" Part 21 Festival of Slavs and Vikings 2022

The "Festival of Slavs and Vikings" in Wolin, Poland, is a MUST for viking reenactors all over the world. It was really hard to wait three years, but in August 2022 the time has come again to emphesis the Middle Age battle atmosphere of the Slavic and Viking culture, together with the world wide community.
We are there and talk to Mike, Axel, Victor and Gil about their passion.
What makes it so desireable to fight this historical battle - three times - in three rounds, just for fun and glory?

Das "Festival of Slavs and Vikings" in Wolin, Polen, ist ein MUSS für Wikinger Darsteller aus der ganzen Welt. Es war hart drei Jahre darauf zu verzichten, aber im August 2022 ist es für die weltweite Gemeinschaft wieder soweit, die mittelalterliche Kampfathmosphere der Slaven und Wikinger Kultur nachzuempfinden.
Wir sind dort und sprechen mit Mike, Axel, Victor und Gil.
Was macht es so erstrebenswert, bei diesem historischen Kampf mitzukämpfen - drei Schlachten mit drei Runden - nur zum Spaß und für den Ruhm?
