Batman v Superman: where to begin? Following the success of Man of Steel, Zack Snyder was off to the races with his vision of Superman. Warner Brothers looked at him and saw gold. And with Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy having wrapped up, the Batman character was officially free and clear (remember, this was before the age of multiple cinematic Batmen).
