I originally wasn't able to attend this show because I was online trying to secure tickets for the band's Thursday performance but when I tried to complete my transaction, the tickets were gone. Luckily, a second Sunday date was added which turned out much better schedule-wise.

With bands that develop a mosh pit, I prefer to shoot above to get a top-down perspective so I can get a full stage shot. I was able to pull this off for Mogwai the last time I was here and my goal was to do the same for Turnstile and their accompanying opening acts.

This go-round, I was able to secure a location on the balcony much closer to the stage. This coupled with my ability to shoot with my larger mic gave me a great video. I couldn't be more prouder of the end result.

I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did while filming, reviewing and doing post-work to get this final product.
