How to roast an artichoke EASILY!

Roasting artichokes is quite EASY! Follow these easy instructions below:

- Roast artichokes in the oven for 25-40min on 356 degrees F(180 degrees C) (depends on oven)
- You can tell when the artichokes are roasted, pierce the base of the stalk and if the piercing penetrates completely it’s roasted or when the petals come off easily.
- If you’ve never eaten an artichoke before, note that you can’t eat the entire veggie, you’ll need to eat the petals one by one by scraping off what ever flesh (from the base) you can get off it and then you can eat the crowns (the part which connects to the stalk) but only after you scrape off the furry choke from the crown.
- Tip: the stem of the artichoke is also edible, just cut off any unwanted leaves and peel off skin.
