You're Not a Burden, You Matter | Strangers Talk in a Cove (Men's Mental Health Awareness) [ASMR]

It's been a tough one lately. Not exactly the worst of the worst, but it hasn't been the best. You wish you could talk to your friends... but you just can't. Be it the way you grew up, or the how society taught you through your own experiences in the younger years, you don't feel like telling your mates. It's tough, it's not fun... but that's the way the world seems to work. One particularly bad night, you find yourself at the cove of a beach not too far away, and you decide to sit and contemplate life for a bit, until you hear the footprints of somebody else approaching you.

Disclaimer: This is a F4M ASMR audio, specifically meant for Men's Mental Health Awareness Month (and just men's mental health awareness in general). As nearly 40% of men choose not to talk about their mental health, and there are more men who are undiagnosed with mental health conditions than who are not, I feel it is important to remind people that men - like women, like any other orientation - have feelings, have emotions, and can experience things just like anyone else. Do your research, and take time to check on your friends, support them in their rougher times, and celebrate with them their victories, especially when it comes to their mental wellbeing.
