Anytime I use the phrase "Captain" or "Leader" I am referring to the person in the top position in the safehouses.

A full guide on how to farm and setup your syndicate to do safehouse specific farming in syndicate. In this video I show the setup and information for doing gravicius transportation farm for full divination stack rewards.

I used this early league to farm divines from divine beauty, sephirot, and hitting uniques like voltaxic and ryslathas.

City square is pretty optimal due to the spawn locations of encounters but can be done in any setup.

If you're not using scarabs (ssf or another strategy) then feel free to build relationships to the research and intervention captains.

WRITTEN BREAKDOWN ON HOW TO MOVE AND SETUP MEMBERS

Moving members can be broken down to using various choices (although primarily Interrogation) to de-rank people down to 0* stars.

You may notice this as members already who don't have a place and are floating around below the safehouses.

If these members show up in an encounter you can talk with them and execute (+ ranks) to place them into the current encounter (research, intervention, fortification, or transportation).

Using this method of de-ranking people to 0 and waiting until they appear in other safehouses you can begin the process of moving people to their proper locations.

Building relationships can be done easily over a period of time by leaving members you want to have relationship last so they gain "Bargain" options that can build trusted (and later rival) relationships. These are independent of the members who show up in the encounter so reading the potential connections here is important.

As for how long it can take to set this up typically experienced players doing single safehouse strategies (as opposed to double) can set it up in 5 or so hours. This time will be increased dramatically as less experienced players will be double checking the choices and reading more.
