1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
5-6 cup cashews (soaked in water)
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp sugar (optional, to balance flavors)
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
1 tbsp fresh cream (for swirling)
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) for garnishing
