A bit of TLC in Rossendale. This footage (from January) shows leaky stone dams slowing the flow of water from the moors into the River Irwell. We worked with Environment Agency, National Trust, Defra and United Utilities to build 400 dams on Holcombe Moor and Musden Head Moor.
