1. Disconnect the power supply and make sure the servo motor stops working completely.
2. Use an Allen wrench to remove the 4 screws that fix the motor back cover and remove the back cover
3. Use a tool to remove the screws that fix the encoder on both sides. Fix the motor shaft. At the same time, remove the screw in the middle of the encoder and insert an M5 screw. As shown in the video, push the encoder out. Remove the encoder.
4. Remove the 4 screws on this end and remove the protective shell to see the brake
5. Remove the screws on the outlet box and remove the outlet box
6. Remove the 3 fixing screws on the brake.
7. Finally, remove the gasket behind the brake and completely remove the brake from the motor.
8. Replace the new brake in the reverse steps and test the motor again.
