How to Make Cafe Curtains

In this tutorial I'll show you how to make cafe curtains. These are very basic curtains so they're great curtains to start with if you're new to curtain making. Most of the sewing is pretty simple and you can make a whole curtain out of one piece of material. No fancy add-on sewing required. In this tutorial I made a single curtain to cover my refrigerator cupboard, but if you want to use them on a window like traditional cafe curtains, simply make two for the same rod (and make each one half as wide as the window).

MATERIALS USED:
A piece of fabric 6 inches longer than you want your curtains to be (you also want the fabric 2 inches wider than your desired curtain width)
Scissors
Sewing machine or needle and thread
Curtain rod (I used a mini tension rod https://amzn.to/2J0rROi)
