Two Big Yellowtail Catfish Curry Cooking For Whole Village Peoples - 23 KG River Pangas Fish Cutting

This is the first we have brings two big size river pangasius fish for whole village peoples. Also most of the village kids & villagers eat this big size fish first time.

One fish weight was about 15 KG and another one was about 8 KG. We have bought it 800 BDT(About 10 USD) per KG. This is river yellowtails catfish, so price was so hight. Farm pangas fish price is so low in Bangladesh but totally different in taste.

We have hired village fish market best fishmonger guy to cut this big fish into small small pieces cause our women can't slice this much big fish.

Then our 15+ women clean the fish & prepared all the mashala with potato.

Then women cooked traditional village style fish curry. About 200 Kids & whole village peoples come to see big fish and join to eat fish curry with rice together.
