A fight many see as high level boxing fundamentals vs awkward/unorthodox application of boxing skills, speed and power. An excellent and always entertaining fight that I am certain many have watched countless times. Barrera, coming in as the underdog, was doubted by many, and certainly by the vast majority of boxing press, to be able to pull off an upset victory. In the build-up, Marco talked of fighting the type of fight that had made him a star, and very few second guessed him, although Hamed trainer Emmanuel Steward, to his credit, was one of those "very few"...
