I visit the kitchen of Bombay Spice Indian Restaurant in Kingsbury, it used to be called Rose Restarant, but changed their name when they took over the restaurant about 2 years ago.

Note that; in Indian restaurants dishes are cooked on a very high heat which delivers a delicious smokiness to the cooked food and gives that distinctive restaurant flavour and character to a dish which can be difficult to recreate in home kitchens.
