Pak Bara Pier in Southern Thailand. This is where boats leave that go into Tarutao National Park and Ko Lipe. Most people will fly into Hat Yai and take a minibus or taxi the 90 minutes to the coast. From here you can buy a ticket on a speedboat to Ko Lipe.
