Located in one of the bedrooms of my friend's rent house.

This is ‪@yosafattheairconditionerex6151‬'s ex-Panasonic inverter S18MKP AC that was bought by my friend through my help when he was looking for a used AC for his shophouse back then because he couldn't grab new air conditioner units due to a limited budget. So he's asking for my help and whether I could help him find used air conditioners with a budget-friendly price but still have a good cooling performance. After researching for a while, the final decision goes to the unit you're now seeing in the video!

This AC was being used for his shophouse to run his F&B business and yet a shooting studio at the same time (if you have seen my YouTube Shorts and my TikTok videos regarding the Panasonic S18MKP AC that's installed on the pink wall, this is the same unit as in those videos!) But due to some issues he's facing recently, he couldn't continue the business and decided to retire for a while. Not long after that, he's going to do a huge renovation of his house and needs another place to evacuate until his house is fully renovated. And he's coincidentally got this house to live in for a while, and there is only one AC installed in this house, precisely in only in this room. Meanwhile, there are 3 bedrooms in this house. The previous AC that was in this room was a TCL 12000 Btu/h or 1.5 hp, and since my friend thought that unit was a bit under-capacity for this room and he didn't bother to buy new ACs, he decided to take this Panasonic from his shophouse that's unused to be installed in this room, and here it is now!

For the condition itself, the vertical swing motor was weak, and it has a bit of fan motor bearing sound. And unfortunately, this AC isn't too cold like how it should be (especially when it was still installed in his shophouse). I believe it's caused by a technician's negligence (who removed and installed this unit), either they intentionally reduced the refrigerant pressure, or there is a refrigerant leak system. Also, there are some cracks on some parts of this unit (that's definitely caused by a technician's negligence), while I still remember that there were no cracks at all when I and my friend picked up this unit from Yosafat's place, and bringing it to my friend's place. It's unfortunate because this AC is now extremely rare and hard to find. But I've set a plan to fix the issues on this AC since I know how valuable this exact Panasonic is. The condensing unit for it is on the roof, and I couldn't show it to you because the access to it was a bit dangerous.
