Exploring the History of a Forgotten Cemetery with Interesting Graves

Join us today as we explore a little bit of the history of what started as a small family cemetery built on some family farm land in 1856 that eventually became the home to some interesting figures in American history. Today, we will explore the small Marsh Cemetery in Rockford, Illinois. This cemetery has an interesting history and I will tell you a little about a few of the residents of this interesting plot of land including veterans of the Civil War that saw some very historic battles as well as some of the areas earliest settlers.
