In the elite Strigik village in the north of Gelkmaros, there are 3 spots for a level 52 treasure box. Like their Inggison counterpart, the uncommon and rare versions drop the weapon skins carried by the shulacks. Do not confuse them with the foodboxes around or even the big treasure box up top which only drops old weathered seals.

A bit to the west, you can have a common treasure box that spawns in 2 places. It only contains potions and shards.

Around the lost city of Marayas, you have some platforms hanging from the cliff. On each of them you can have a treasure box but they can only contain old weathered seals.

To the extreme south in the Dragonspine Rise, you have 2 spots where a level 52 common or uncommon treasure box can spawn. The later drops a unique skin for a bow or a spear.

And finally, at the end of the air stream in the south west corner of the map, you can find common treasure boxes that only drop old weathered seals again.
