This two story house is located in Bridgewater. Mitchell is 30 miles West, Sioux Falls is 40 miles East and Yankton is 52 miles south. A small market a few blocks away provides groceries and other household needs, the public school is one block east, a small town bank, cafe, and other businesses close by, with gas, tires and auto repair a few blocks away at the local Farmers Union or Meyers auto. A convenience store/gas station on the highway outside of town provides additional services such as video rental.

Nice small town living with everything you need a short distance away.

This house has a large open kitchen and dining area with a living room, plus two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms has a kitchenette in it, as the house was at one time, a duplex. The stairway to the second floor has been opened back up so that the building is once again a single family dwelling with a Northwest, East and South entry door.

There are two garages; one is a long single car garage which could hold two cars bumper to bumper but the other can fit four cars in it. There is a shop area connecting the two garages. There is also a large concrete parking area in front of the garage.

Washer/dryer, stove and refrigerator are included.

The house has baseboard and cove electric heat which allows for the heat to be turned off in any unused areas of the house. The last party living in the house had a 12 months electrical usage of $130. The cooking stove is propane.

Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.

7. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
