It is important to mention that despite 2015 being a big year for video games, I have only selected games that have exact, confirmed release dates as well as games that are coming out soon ( essentially between now and E3).

The reason why 2015 is big for video games is that at this point, 2 years into us having next gen consoles, developers can finally work on games for those consoles from scratch.. instead of working off of past gen console engines and simply providing us some visual updates when needed.

For that reason you will also see that my list shows a little bit of favoritism towards developers who can now give us that great visual experience we all were waiting for!

So without further ado.. the Top 5 Games of 2015!


5. Bloodborne

4. Batman: Arkham Knight

Release Date: June 2 / Should have been released last year


3. Mortal Kombat X

2. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
