This Video will help you Understand How to check Data balance, Usage details, Recharge, Language Change, Profile Updates and much more using the MyJio App on Jio Phone

Follow The Steps Below on Jio Phone :-
Step 1 :- Press ‘Jio’ key on the top right of Jio Phone and select
MyJio App. Here, you can view your Data balance and
Validity Date & Time.
Step 3 :- To View App in Other languages, you can Select the
Preferred Language by Clicking on ‘Settings’ Option and
then Selecting your Preferred Language.
Step 4 :- To Go Back to the Main Menu Press Back Button. Here
you will find your Data Balance and Plan Validity of your
Registered Mobile Jio Number
Step 5 :- Select ‘My Plans’ Option to view the List of Active &
Upcoming Plans, Plan Balance & Validity.
Step 6 :- Select ‘Usage’ to View Usage Details. By Selecting
Required Call Type, you can view the Recent Usage for
Data, Calls & SMS
Step 7 :- To View Usage Statement for the Last 7, 14 , 21 or 28 days
Select "Statement option"
Step 8 :- To Recharge, select ‘Recharge’ option. Select the Preferred
Plan and Click on ‘Recharge’. Now select the Payment
Mode, Enter the Required Details to Complete the
Payment Process. Once recharge is successful, you can
View the Plan Details under ‘Menu – My Plans’ Option.
Step 9 :- By Selecting the Settings Option, you can View your
Registered Mobile Number, Alternate Numbers &
Registered e-mail ID.
