Parallel Bars: All Long Hang Skills [EG 3] (2022-2024)

*Note: I don't know if the (E) Malone has officially been added to this cycle's code of points. I put it in the video just in case.

The FIG Code of Points has every skill you can perform for a D jury value in a routine, but the illustrations and descriptions in the PDF aren’t always clear. So this video has a video clip of every EG III skill I was able to find that you can perform on P Bars for a D jury score for the seasons of 2022-2024.

There are some skills I wasn’t able to include because I couldn't find any good quality videos of them being performed. I got these clips from various places on YouTube and Instagram.
