• १/२ कप गुळ पावडर

• ३/४ कप दूध
• ४ मोठे चमचे तूप
• १/२ कप पाणी
• १/२ चमचा वेलची पूड
• १/४ चमचा जायफळ पूड
• चिमूटभर मीठ
• १ चमचा बेकिंग पावडर

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Rava
• 1/2 cup Jaggery powder
• 4 small Bananas
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp Ghee
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
• A pinch of Salt
• 1 tsp Baking powder

Method:
• Blend rava and jaggery powder well together into as fine powder as possible.
• You can use grated jaggery in place of jaggery powder.
• Peel and grate the bananas. If you are using big bananas, then 2 bananas are sufficient for this
cake.
• Add milk and ghee into the bananas and mix well.
• You can use water in place of milk. You can use 1/2 cup butter or oil in place of ghee.
• Add the rava mixture and mix everything well together.
• Add water and mix well.
• Cover and rest the batter for at least 30 minutes.
• Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, salt and baking powder and mix well.
• You can add dry nuts according to your choice.
• Line up a tray with butter paper and pour the batter into it. Tap the tray really good.
• Remove the whistle and rubber ring of a cooker. Close the lid and preheat the cooker on high heat
for about 5 minutes.
• Open the lid and place a stand at the base of the cooker. You can use empty pot in place of a
stand.
• Place the cake tin on it and close the lid.
• Bake the cake on medium heat for about 40-45 minutes.
• Turn the gas off and let the cake be in the cooker for more 5 minutes. Check with a knife or
toothpick. If it comes out clean, it means that the cake is baked well.
• Take the tin out and let the cake cool down completely.
• Loosen the edges and flip the tin over into a dish.
• Remove the butter paper and cut it into slices. Banana cake is ready.
