House #1 is a cozy traditional Venice bungalow with modern interior touches and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms across 1200 sq. ft. Just a block from the beach and steps from some of Los Angeles' most amazing restaurants, this bungalow features a large open room divided into functional spaces, including a tiled fireplace. The kitchen features a dining area with custom brass wainscotting and a refurbished Wedgewood stove. A master suite features vaulted ceilings and skylights along with a walk-in closet.
