Dry Aalu Palak Sabzi

Ingredients:

Potato ½ kg
Spinach ½ kg
Chopped onion 1
Chopped garlic 1tbsp
Red chili whole 4-5
Tomato chopped 1
Salt , pepper, turmeric as required
Green chilies 2-3
Dried fenugreek 1tsp
Oil ½ cup
White cumin 1tsp

Method
Heat oil add onion and garlic and fry , now add tomatoes , salt, pepper, turmeric, red chili and cumin , now roast and add potatoes cook till potatoes tender , when water gets dry add spinach , green chilies and dried fenugreek and roasted well , then simmer and serve .





Saucy Chicken Shashlik

Ingredients to marinate:

Boneless chicken 250gm
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt, pepper as required
Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
Mustard paste 1tsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Red pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Garlic crushed 1tbsp
Oil 4tbsp
Ingredients for sauce:
Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
Ketchup ½ cup
Hot sauce 1tsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
White pepper 1tsp
Corn flour 1tsp
Water 1cup
Tomato puree 1tbsp
Tomato 1
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Oil as required

Method
Marinate chicken with all the marinate ingredients, now in a bowl add water and sauce ingredients and keep aside, now heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté capsicum, onion and tomato , now heat oil add garlic and add marinate chicken roast well and add sauce also , lastly add sauté veggies and serve .
