Dune: The Winds of War (Coin & Courage - The Expedition Engine) [Part 1]

We should have known that House Harkonnen would not have rolled over so easily. To have Arrakis taken from them... to lose control of the flow of spice... there are not many who would have allowed such a thing to happen without a fight.

But this is especially true for the fathomless cruelty and scheming nature of someone like Baron Vladimir Harkonnen. And while Duke Leto knew coming there was a trap, no one understood just how deep the treachery ran.

Now House Atreides was no more. The entire history and lineage of a noble house scoured away overnight as if by the sands of Dune itself.

Yet some remain. Some who are not yet able to rest. Some who are willing to give their water to save Arrakis.

This game is run using Coin & Courage, a version of the one-page system I created called The Expedition Engine. Though initially designed to run generic fantasy, it has been modified a little here to better fit the Dune setting - showcasing the system's versatility.
