I made the decision to quit Instagram but this was a long process. So in this video I go over it with you in hope that you too can quit social media or at least reduce the time you spend on it.
As a Gen Z (yep, I grew up with social media, the internet etc.), I always had social media especially Instagram. Now I realize I can quit it but it's not as easy as you can imagine : the fear of quitting social media is real. Let's discover how to get over your fear of quitting social media and how it changed me as a person. Perhaps in the end, the best idea is to manage your usage of the platform?
