Helical Pier Update

We’ve officially completed the crucial step of stabilizing the house, setting the stage for the next phase of construction. Here's what we've done so far:

🛠️ Stabilizing with Helical Piers: These piers were drilled deep into the ground to achieve the necessary torque for a solid foundation. They’re securely bolted to the top and bottom of the footer, ensuring the house is stable for the new garage addition.

💧 Addressing Water Issues: To prevent water intrusion, we installed a subsurface French drain around the exterior work area. We also fixed negative drainage in the yard by creating a swale to redirect water away from the house and toward natural drainage at the rear of the property.

Next up: The driveway will be removed, and excavation for the garage foundation will begin. We’re thrilled with the progress and can’t wait to see this vision come to life!
