I've read so many benefits of eating more fish but it can be hard to find a good source that isn't super expensive. Especially because I know I want to stick to wild-caught fish versus farm-raised. Click "Show More" ↓

Wild-caught fish is high in omega-3s and minerals/vitamins like iron. And it's actually lower in fat than farmed-raised (and doesn't have to be pumped full of antibiotics or dyes). So when I found this package of wild-caught salmon at Costco I got excited.

After defrosting, it was actually really easy to make. Just 20 minutes. And I used a new spice from Urban Accents that's sugar-free so this "recipe" is Whole30 Approved!

(PS. That's cauliflower rice that we ate with the salmon. Which is also Whole30 approved).

Do you guys eat fish? Where do you buy it? Any tips?
