SEGA Super GT (Arcade) | Random Races #1

Описание к видео SEGA Super GT (Arcade) | Random Races #1

This is a special Random Races video recorded at Tilt Studio inside Northpark Mall in Joplin, Missouri of the 1996 SEGA arcade exclusive racer known as SEGA Super GT, which is also known as SCUD Race in other regions of the world.

Throw out any ideas in your head thinking you're going to see some great driving in this video. Because trying to drive with one hand and film a SEGA arcade racer with a phone in the other is DIFFICULT.

From what I understand, a Dreamcast port was announced for the system's 1998 launch lineup. There was a tech-demo for the game during the Dreamcast Presentation in 1998, but for some unknown reason the game was canceled. It's a damn shame that SEGA never brought this game to home consoles despite having the SEGA Saturn logo in the Dolphin Tunnel course.

Honestly I think the Dreamcast would have been the perfect console for SEGA Super GT since there's a lot of SEGA arcade racers on the Dreamcast like Crazy Taxi, the Genki developed Daytona USA, SEGA Rally 2, Ferrari F355 Challenge, and 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker.

Now I don't know about you, but I would love to see SEGA re-release this game as a downloadable game for PlayStation 4 & 5, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Xbox One & Series X/S. Let a wider audience play this classic arcade racer.
