Amber: Hey everybody in Washington we are so sorry we couldn't be with you there tonight. But we sent our representative Lauren, Hi Lauren!
[entire cast then says hi to Lauren]
We're so sorry we couldn't be there tonight to celebrate the AAPD Leadership Awards but as you can see, we're in our gear, we're all filming.

Dianna: And we can tell you that we're very honored and touched that the American Association of People with Disabilities decided to honor Glee this year and we're very happy to be a part of the family.

Kevin: Our producers Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuck, Dante Di Loreto and Ian Brennan set out to make a show that was about inclusion and set out to make a show that the audience could relate to in a character in some way. And so we're very honored to accept this award and it means so much to us as actors as well.

Mark: And beyond just including people with disabilities, we're proud to show that they can do anything they set their sights on, much more than many people think that they can do.

Cory: We've heard that Glee has inspired young people with disabilities across America to join their high school cheerleading squads, football teams, glee clubs and just be treated like everyone else and we think that's fantastic.

Jenna: AAPD, like Glee, works with young people with all types of disabilities bringing them together to realize their potential, to be leaders, and pursue their dreams.

Lea: So keep up the great work AAPD and thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts for this amazing, amazing honor.
