Fran has to choose between her ex Danny's proposal and her life with the Sheffields.

From Season 1 Episode 21, 'Frannie's Choice'. Through Val, Fran learns that her ex- fiancee, Danny, is single. He asks Fran to marry him. Fran thinks the offer through and eventually agrees to marry him. She has to leave the Sheffields to be with Danny, everyone is really sad about this. Fran ultimately choses to stay with the Sheffields and dumps Danny.
