Dholera smart city area is 920 Sq. Km out of which only 422 Sq. km. will be developed. Dholera SIR is divided into six Town Planning (TP) Schemes. Dholear will be developed in three phase. Each Development Phase consists of 2 Town Planning (TP) schemes. First phase development is going on which will be completed by 2023 after that second phase development will start. Dholera smart City land is divided into 15 types of different zones like Residential zone, City Centre zone, High Access corridor, Industrial Zone, Logistics Zone, Costal regulation zone, Public Facilities zone and Sport and Entertainment zone etc.
Dholera SIR will be connected by Air, Water, Metro, Road and Rail to the other cities of india and rest of worlds. Ahmedabad to Dholera Greenfield 250 Meter wide expressway will be completed by 2023. Dholera International cargo and Passenger Airport will be operational by 2024.
