Royal Enfield Scram 411: Tripper Navigation Setup 4K

This is a very short video to go through how to connect your phone to the Royal Enfield Tripper Navigation device fitted to the Royal Enfield Himalayan Scram 411 and Himalayan. I'm using my UK spec Scram 411 which has the Tripper pod as standard.

Steps are:
1. Install the Royal Enfield App
2. Log in to the App using the same credentials as you use for the website (or create a new account)
3. Turn on the ignition.
4. Tap the red helmet on the app and select the RE_DISP bluetooth device
5. The Tripper will show a 6 digit code. Enter this into your phone. The helmet will turn green

That's it.

Then whenever you need directions. Enter the destination (or waypoints) in the app, and when you have the route, tap 'Navigate' and the directions will appear on the Tripper pod.

A few things to note:
You actually need to enable location 'always' for it to work. I tried it with while using the app, but then this stop working when you lock your phone.
My app crashed once while doing the setup. I restarted it and it was then fine.

Hopefully this is helpful. Next time I'm out for a longer ride, I'll go through putting in a route with waypoints into the app beforehand.
