After seeing Katy Perry: Play on opening night, we knew we had to come back for round two! On day one, we check into Mandalay Bay, eat at Ocean One Grille inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, and have dessert at Nielsen's Frozen Custard in Henderson.
