Have you ever heard the phrase "I don't give a tinker's dam"? Well - the tinker's dam is a real thing, a technique used for soldering seams or troublesome holes in wares. It's a bit of a "poor man's solder" but has a fun bit of history to go with it - and the best part is, it's still usable today!

I use Acro Flux (diluted 2:1 water:flux) and Johnson Manufacturing food safe solder in this particular video.
