Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 (HX911) disassembly and repair

Philips Sonicare HX991 Teardown and Repair.

Problems:

1. Too noisy.
2. Strong vibrations.
3. Loose vibrating head.

All 3 problems were caused by a single loose screw. Additionally, adjusting the gap between the coil and magnet of the oscillator was necessary.

The head seal was replaced as a precaution.
This loose screw is a very common problem in this series of toothbrushes.
