See the best time to go, as traffic and entrance was slow. Nice weather this time of year. Drive the curving roads like switchbacks. Montana Wyoming boarder and into Mammoth hot springs. Road construction crews crossing the road. Stop at the Visitors center and views of the terraces, hydrothermal features. Hotels, cabins and gas stations pointed out. Noting Bicyclists no bicycle lanes or paths. Absolutely beautiful rock formation views. Motorbiking or motorcycle touring of the park. Wildlife and their speed along with park speed limits. First road built in Yellowstone. Driving along the flowing Yellowstone River and Firehole River. Fishing information and types of fish in the streams and rivers. Mostly trout in the river. Mud pots steam rising in the morning sunrise. Hayden valley watching for wildlife along the prairie grasses. Rim Drive the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Canyon Village and driving along the banks of the Yellowstone Lake. Ascend the pass over Craigs pass and the Continental Pass with snow on the sides of the road. Directions into the Old Faithful upper Geyser area. Stop at Grand Prismatic Spring area. Cars getting backed up in that area. No boating or any flotation devices allowed in the park. West entrance into the park West Yellowstone Montana driving the city. Stopping for boy scouts in Yellowstone.
