Recipe:

Ingredients:

2-3 ripe avocado
Salt (to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
2 slices of multigrain bread
½ tsp white and black sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2 slices of fresh mozzarella
½ tsp chili oil

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and mash it well using a fork.

Step 2: Season the Avocado Paste
Add salt, chili flakes, oregano, chaat masala, and lemon juice to the mashed avocado.
Mix everything thoroughly to create a creamy, flavorful paste.

Step 3: Toast the Bread
Take the multigrain bread slices and spread butter on both sides.
Toast the bread in a pan or on a griddle until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4: Assemble the Avocado Toast
Spread the prepared avocado paste evenly on the toasted bread slices.

Step 5: Add the Toppings
Top the toast with chopped tomatoes, slices of fresh mozzarella, and a sprinkle of white and black sesame seeds.
Finally, drizzle a little chili oil on top for added flavor.
