The mission -
To round up 40 followers and cycle 200 miles together from the North to the South of Wales raising money as we go.
This is sat right up there at the top with some of the best things we've ever done.
Opening up one of our annual challenges to our audience and gathering some of the most inspiring, encouraging new friends who have all at some point in their lives been affected by mental health was the best thing we could have done with this challenge.
This turned out to be a new experience for a lot of us as we don't usually take part in fitness challenges...But without expectation or guidance, the whole group leaned and turned into a safe space for each other.
People opened up.
Inspiring stories were shared.
Tears flowed and support was abundant.
It was magic.

We hope this video encourages you to open up and speak to someone if you are struggling.
