Two-Day Science Event “Curious Minds – Exploring the Wonders of Science” Concludes at Kendriya Vidyalaya Kulgam

Kulgam, Nov 9: The two-day science event titled “Curious Minds Exploring the Wonders of Science” concluded today at Kendriya Vidyalaya Kulgam. The event was organized jointly by Jammu & Kashmir Students Welfare Society (JKSWS) and Kendriya Vidyalaya Kulgam, with the support of the National Council for Science & Technology Communication (NCSTC), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.The initiative aimed to ignite scientific curiosity and promote innovation among students by offering hands-on learning experiences and platforms to showcase their creativity and scientific understanding.Event Highlights included:

• Quiz & Science Olympiad
• Robotics & Engineering Challenges
• Seminars and Workshops
• Disaster Management & Water Testing Activities
• Student Parliament
• Interactive Science Stalls
The event was inaugurated yesterday by Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, while the Commanding Officer of 18 Battalion CRPF graced the concluding ceremony as the Chief Guest.

Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya Kulgam expressed gratitude to all participating schools and organizations, emphasizing that such programs will continue to be organized in the future to encourage scientific temper among students.

The event concluded with the distribution of mementos and certificates among the participants, marking a successful end to two days of engaging and innovative scientific activities.
