Pacific Pug Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Portland, Oregon. PPR has been rescuing, rehabilitating and placing discarded, neglected and abused Pugs in permanent adoptive homes since 2006 (that's over 10 years!) Pug lovers from Canada to California seek us out to adopt a Pug to be a part of their own families. Here are just some of our Happy Tails success stories!
