Next year, our IT team will be expanding to even a bigger family. Our 2 leaders, Agus Setiawan and Willy Ng are sharing their leadership styles and what is it like to work with them.

Willy loves open communication, he does not want his team members to feel like they cannot discuss within the team just because of the “gap”.
